Your Daily Dose of Connection.
In a world where people are constantly "connected" online but experiencing increasing rates of stress, loneliness, anxiety, and polarization, Humanize takes a unique approach: utilizing healthy technology to cultivate real connection through short partner-based mental practices.
Based on social neuroscience, the Humanize Dyad builds resilience and social capacities such as empathy, compassion, and social connectedness in about 15 minutes per day.

A Breakthrough Partner-Based Practice
The Humanize Dyad is a breakthrough partner-based practice, held securely online through the Humanize app.
Each day, two people meet online for approximately 15 minutes. They take turns reflecting on a difficult emotion they experienced in their body in the past 24 hours, and sharing something they feel grateful for — noticing how that gratitude is felt in the body.
This is not therapy and not coaching. It is a structured practice of relational presence and embodied self-reflection.
Reconnect to Yourself, Others, and Humanity
Learn to connect with yourself
Develop a better understanding of what signals your emotions are sending. Find insights about yourself and relationship habits that are hidden within your emotions — especially challenging emotions, which people tend to avoid.
Increase connection with others
Improve your listening skills. Practice hearing beyond the surface-level words into the deeper emotions that another person is experiencing.
Feel connected to humanity
Connect with a wide variety of people, and break down social fears that create a feeling of separation and loneliness. Practice gratitude daily to become more connected to other people and the world around you.

Relational Infrastructure for Performance
The Humanize Dyad functions as relational infrastructure — a low-overhead, high-frequency intervention that strengthens the human foundations of performance without therapy, coaching, or managerial mediation.
Emotional regulation under stress
Regular practice supports calmer physiological responses, reducing reactive behavior that undermines collaboration and decision-making.
Stronger human relationships
Participants develop the capacity to listen deeply and speak honestly without escalation — improving trust, feedback quality, and team cohesion.
Psychological safety without oversharing
The structure allows emotional awareness without forced disclosure or vulnerability theater.
Cultural reinforcement
Over time, the practice shapes how people show up for one another, reinforcing care, presence, and accountability as lived norms.
Low operational overhead
Short sessions, clear structure, and platform support make this easy to deploy across teams without disrupting work.
This practice does not replace leadership development or performance systems. It amplifies their effectiveness by strengthening the relational field in which they operate.
Measured Through the ROI of Care
Behind Humanize sits the Organizational Flourishing Construct: forty-five instrumented human and organizational capacities. We don't publish the map. We built it, we measure against it, and it's why we can say what follows.
When people practice embodied gratitude — briefly, bodily, always by choice — seven specific capacities move. Those seven feed Gratitude, and Gratitude carries a real value channel: recovery-linked costs avoided.
Gratitude cannot rise past its weakest constituent — and the instrument shows which one that is. Every figure carries its evidence grade. We claim covariation, never causation, because that is what honest measurement claims.
Built for Trusted Practice
Humanize dyads are intentionally bounded. Shared practice agreements, a fixed structure, and secure online sessions protect participants and organizations alike.
Safety
Every participant agrees to shared practice guidelines before beginning.
Security
Sessions are held securely online through the Humanize app.
Privacy
What is shared in a dyad stays in the dyad. Structure protects disclosure.
Presence
One person speaks while the other listens — fully and without judgment, advice, or interruption.
Recognizing the Work of Dr. Tania Singer
Humanize recognizes the work of Dr. Tania Singer for the development and scientific research of this practice. The contemplative dyad was developed and validated in the ReSource Project, a large-scale longitudinal study she led at the Max Planck Society.
Humanize and Compassion 2.0 are not affiliated with Dr. Singer, the Max Planck Society, or the ReSource Project.
Part of the Compassion 2.0 Ecosystem
Humanize is part of Compassion 2.0, a consulting and technology ecosystem designing the next generation of organizations in the age of AI.
Compassion 2.0 develops the broader organizational design, field intelligence, neuroscience-informed intervention, and ROI of Care frameworks.
Humanize applies that work through the Humanize Dyad: a daily relational practice that strengthens connection within individuals, between people, and across organizations.
